Adult Day Services Positions
An
ADS Supervisor is a hands-on supervisor providing direct care to individuals and direct supervision to staff in a group setting. The oversee the implementation of Individual Service Plans, work with Program Specialists in the development of goal plans, develop and facilitate daily activities, and are responsible for daily activity logs and medication logs. This salaried position runs Monday through Friday.
An
ADS Instructor works in a team environment providing direct care support to Individuals in a group setting. Supports include personal care and other supports related to implementing individual goal plans and facilitating daily activities. Instructors accompany Individuals on outings into the community. This hourly position runs Monday through Friday.
Residential Services Positions
A
Program Supervisor is responsible for creating a supportive, caring, and safe home-like environment for the individuals in their program, ensure the implementation of Individual Service Plans, coordinate support services, monitor health needs, and supervise full and part time staff. Supervisors oversee all program books, medication log, Individual accounts and house budgets for their program. Positions are salaried and hours are generally Monday through Friday. Excellent communication, organization and supervisory skills required.

Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in creating a supportive, caring, and safe home-like environment for the individuals in their program. This includes implementation of Individual Service Plans, coordinating support services, and monitoring health needs as well as providing direct care supports. Coordinators assist with program books, medication logs, Individual accounts and house budgets for their program. Positions are hourly and schedules vary. Excellent communication and organization skills required.

Full-Time Direct Support Staff(DSS) provides support to Individuals in a variety of full time schedules. Advisors provide direct care support in the form of personal care and other supports such as house cleaning, laundry, cooking, feeding, medication administration, and transportation. Most positions entail working every other weekend and can average 30-40 hours a week. This is an hourly position.

Part-Time Direct Support Staff(DSS) provides direct care support to Individuals on a part time basis filling hours during the weekly schedule when there is the most activity or when an Individual's program requires specific staffing. Duties can include direct care support in the form of personal care and other supports such as house cleaning, laundry, cooking, feeding, medication administration, and transportation. The bulk of hours available in this category are evenings and weekend hours. This is an hourly position.
